Good place to go to the loo quickly. Basement floor behind the escalators.
The bureau de change gives great service and prices. They've got a euro/dollar cash machine here too.- Beat the queues by using the self-service checkout. Provided you know how to work it.

If you're hungry, give the Tomato & Basil soup a try at Cafe Revive. 1st Floor at M&S. Delicious.

- The food quality in the café in the basement is crap - it's just reheated and sweaty.
