    Get cheap rates by booking.com, very helpful staff, cozy ambience, good location, ample parking, this hotel only needs more maintenance and bit renovation thats all

    Go for the newer premium suites; the apartments are sadly worse for wear, with leaking pipes, out of order air cons, and funky smells. Location is ideal for Melaka exploration though.

    If u want to go for a good pricey hotel with services, go for the majestic hotel. Its worth every cent! Best hotel in malacca!

    Room 3/5, bathroom 3/5, living hall 3/5 (sofa x comfy), pool 4/5, breakfast 4/5, facilities 4/5, front desk 4/5. All in all, oklah, 3 1/2  from me. Prolly will come again.

    BAD HOTEL EVERR! I've tried to enter my room several times but the door can't be opened with that fuc*ing card! Tried for 1000909999 times. The managemwnt of this hotel should be alert!

    Buses to Melaka Sentral leave roughly every 40mins to 1hour. Just wait on main road near main entrance. Reception staff can arrange taxi but not give bus time info. So helpful ;)

    The room condition and cleanliness is awful. The apartment is dirty and the amenities and partially functioning. I would never come back, regardless of pricing. I would not recommend to anyone.

    Wifi is very expensive per day and have to pay for every different corner of the place. They should make it payable once and usable at every corner!!! Come on! Dont be so calculative!

    This is a comfort hotel. The pool is nice. Wifi is quite expensive.

    Dohhhh! Food are nice @ the cafe BUT ..... MOFO hard bun and please make a correction that is not “STEAMED RICE” its SUPER DUPER MOFO HARD  improvement are needed!

    Could be better. Food is nice. But the water quality in the bathroom is god-awful! Shower wasn't functioning properly at all. Hibicus pool terribly dirty! Dolphin pool is quite nice tho.

    Perkhidmatan yg teruk dari segi penyediaan fasiliti di dalam apartment.. Kebanyakan barang rosak dan tidak boleh digunakan.. Eletrik senang terputus di sini.. Pemanas yg disediakan amat merbahaya..

    The apartment was old, no aircond in living hall. Aircond in the room is not cooling at all. Feeling hot.

    The water is not clean, even my 4 year old girl told me, mama, why u didnt flust the toilet after i just flushed it because the water is so yellowish!!!! And its smell muddy too!
