Seafood in basil sauce on a hot plate is a good dish here. I was here on a holiday weekend and it was crazy! This trip I'm here on a weekday and it is a very nice place to have lunch by the sea.
Only open at the weekends, so time your visit. Food is expensive but if you find Thai food too spicy, you can get good food here toned down for Western palates.
Best chicken rice everrrrr! If it's not long weekend, you can have a little more time to sleep before going there for breakfast / early lunch (but not too late).

Duck noodle soup (dry or wet) is excellent don't forget the blood. Kanom jeeb is a great appetizer.

Incredible meal. Grouper with lime and chili sauce. Chef surprised us with our lobster order--yellow curry for the tail, with the head in a tom yum soup. Delicious.

Very famous for its som tam dishes - spicy salad in Thailand. Corn som tam is a must try according to my friends in Thailand. It's a shame that I can't take spicy - but all my friends really like it.

Lots of tinny things to buy. Food stalls everywhere. It takes hours and hours just to go one way and back. Must go on Saturday and Sunday 😀

A walking street on every Saturday night, lots of food, and stuffs for shopping at the very reasonable price. I love to buy the lovely home made accessories at this market.
