• Prepare for a wait! :-(

  Lauren Quinones

• Avoid this location! The reps stand around 'hardly working' while you wait on line and it never moves. Very slow service reps....

  Scott M

• Convenient location, staff is quite sporadic

  Michael Fox-Rabinovitz

• Mike was really knowledgeable and helpful.. And unbelievably patient as I debated around '16? 32? white? black? case? black? no white. Black!" (I got white)

  Alyssa Bronander

• Looks like an apple store

  Robert Murray

• Jerry stole my friend's identity here today. Literally charged stuff online while the new phone was booting up so fraud calls from Citi went unreceived. Read the Yelp reviews on this store too, punks!

  Michael Pakalik

• The manager, Sanjay, is extremely helpful. If you need great customer service, see him.

• The staff here don't really know much about apple products. Seriously, I went to a different Verizon store (3rd and 58th) and they even commented on how poor the service is here

  David P

• Good reps. Solid customer service.

  Ryan Gallagher

• Avoid this location. Waited more than 20 minutes for salesperson, finally got one, then she went to the back to gossip. Very rude staff.

  Marc Francisco

• Really helpful service and they took care of us quickly, even when it was a bit crowded.

  Sara 🌈⚔🍾

  Todd

• beware... the first floor will brush u off to the basement if you are already with Verizon... assh*les

  Jeffrey-Ryan B.

• If are going to purchase a phone please don't return our exchange it. Just go online. The reps lose money from their checks if you are undecided

  Nicole Archibald

• Sammy is extremely helpful and funny at that. The perfect customer service combo.

  Jackie

• Worst company and workers ever. Embarassing really I have to teach you how to do your job. Sad.

• Device and Technical Support is downstairs - happened to be rather empty during today's lunch break and was attended to almost immediately.

  Miguel Gonzalez

• This isn't an "authorized retailer" which means it's actually run by Verizon, so it's much easier to get stuff fixed.
