Do not block the door!!!
Do you like coffee, but have always thought: "how could I make this process take as long as possible?" well, this starbucks has your solution!
If you're running low on batteries around the Smithsonians, this is the closest Starbucks and has plenty of outlets to recharge electronics.
Notably, this homeless shelter serves Frappuccinos.
S-L-O-W. Be prepared to wait in line for at least 10 minutes on the weekend.
I hate this place.
Of the 3 Starbucks in the area I frequent regularly, this one is by far the slowest and most incompetent.
Very friendly barista :)
This location only damages Starbucks' reputation. Too often, there's only 1 staffer & service is slow.
This is the most excruciatingly slow Starbucks I've ever been to. Doubt speed will improve anytime soon, as there is no other coffee options nearby.
Amazing staff! When I saw the line during morning rush,17-people deep,I almost headed for the door. These ladies kept it moving so much, was out the door in 10min. w/java in hand.Great start to my day!
If you have more discerning taste, there is a place inside the plaza that serves Lavazza coffee.
Bring your laptop and other gadgets. You can recharge them here
Great staff! Smiling, friendly, quick and efficient!!!
Fast and good service xoxo my courthouse Starbucks
Not my favorite Starbucks.
Fun, friendly staff. But - sometimes don't have enough staff working during busy times.
Fantastic service! Our sandwich wraps took a few minutes and they offered us gift cards to make up for the wait. Very impressive.
Friendly staff.
Janelle and the team at this Starbucks are awesome and such a great start to the workday!
Try the trenta iced passion tea lemonade xtra sweet!! One of my absolute faves!
Most efficient Starbucks ever! Pleasant staff that can handle the 8:00 AM rush.
Zero comfortable chairs.
Don't be daunted by the line! These folks are pros!
For the volume that this location deals with, they are extremely efficient. I've gotten my coffee fix faster here than at some of the smaller, slower branches.
This sbux is legit.
If it's too crowded downstairs, there's a secret and very quiet upstairs. Stairs are in the back.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Dirty tables and trash everywhere, unfriendly service with a serious language barrier. Avoid this location if at all possible, hope their corporate reads these!!!!
Best Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff has excellent manners, very polite. A warm environment for all that love coffee.
Most of these tips are from cranky assholes. You try working morning rush hour at a Starbucks!
