  • Michael F.There is no good time to go, they're always busy. So just chill and be nice to the workers.

  • invenTIFFThis is the cleanest Chipotle by far!

  • Larry S.This is the most incompetent staff in the history of chipotle. I now walk the extra 1.1 miles to the crystal dr location and I recommend you do the same. It's actually that bad.

    Larry Stroud

  • Joe C.The worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Inattentive staff, long lines, slow service.

    Joe Cousins

  • Matt D.I love Chipotle, but this location is unbearably slow. The food prep people work far faster than the cashiers, so there's always a backlog. By the time you're done, your food is cold.

    Matt Dicker

  • Chris M.Slowest Chipotle EVER!! 10 min to go through 8 people.

    Chris Myers

  • Carly D.Be prepared to stand in line. I know this store is new but they only had 3 people assembling food & running register. 1 guy cooking. 2 guys visibly hanging out doing nothing in back.

    Carly D.

  • ArianaSlowest chipotle ever.

    Ariana

  • Mario S.Trade spot FO sho!

    Mario Sessions

  • Christopher B.Always a long line.

    Christopher Barnes

  • BoutMyGameMy first and finally time at that location. stood in line for 30 minutes. slow employees and not staffed well.

    BoutMyGame

  • TJAwful customer service. Not for lack of trying, but it's just clearly everyone's first round in the food service rodeo. Go to an older Chipotle until they get it together here.

    TJ

  • Kesha J.Please get a 2nd register! It's so slow for no reason!

    Kesha Johnson

  • Rebecca S.Worst Chipotle ever. Inefficient staff and an unwillingness to even try to resolve issues - issues caused by their mistakes in the first place.

    Rebecca S

  • DavidThe first large plate tapas restaurant in Logan Circle. Feel fee to not share!

    David

  • jessica d.This is without a doubt the slowest chipotle I've ever been to :(

    jessica d

  • Matt D.This is a big, open Chipotle with lots of seating space and tons of parking. So much easier than dealing with the total lack of parking at the Crystal City location down the road.

    Matt Dicker

  • Tai F.Amazing. I'm the one speaking English, and they act like it's MY fault they can't understand me.

    Tai Fung

  • Kia B.Clean, not too crowded, and perfect location. I also appreciate the correct tortilla fold. :)

    Kia B

  • MarkChoose another Chipotle. The staff here is a joke!!! First time I've ever seen a Chipotle run so terrible. First and last visit!!!
