• Todd was extremely helpful and patient. Furniture quality seems better than Kane's and the have a wide selection of inventory.

• If u leave a cash deposit and wind up canceling it takes 3 weeks to get ur money back. Go elsewhere for furniture.

• I was quickly greeted by David Mercedes & as I knew what I wanted, was quickly told the item had a 2day delivery! So we made the deal ! He was very helpful. Nelly Mederos was an angel too! Pic was nice

• Mashad was a wonderful help! He took the time to listen to what my wife and I wanted. He offered suggestions but there was not a heavy push or a feeling of being upsold on things we did not need.

• The check out people didn't seem very friendly, even though we were buying something. They all seemed like they had better things to do.

• Good furniture, bad service.

• I agree with Sam L. Sales reps look bitchy like they didn't want to help. We stood by the register for a few in FRONT of two reps who had a faces like if they just farted. We had to ask for help.
