If you're a resident and something happens to you or your car while living at one of the complexes Living at Santa Monica manages... Beware. They'll ignore you, and you will need a lawyer.
Yuki is the best! She can hook you up with the best apartment downtown!- Worst management company ever!!!! The parking garage gate broke on top of my car, and now the manager, Dustin, won't return my calls or emails! Thank God for lawyers!
Daniel Lunaตุลาคม 7, 2013Almost a year here. Will NOT renew my lease. Horrible management. 20% increase in rent year to year. Elevator and hot water are out constantly. Like really frequently. Stay away.
