Angela's Zumba class on Saturdays are awesome. If you want more of a hip hop Zumba with today's music this is a great class. Her energy is great too! I follow her to multiple gyms she teaches at!
Sean Hayford Olearyธันวาคม 16, 2012Great gym after you get inside, but awful to access by bike or transit. The only benefit is that, while the car stalls fill up completely almost every weekday, there's always space on the bike rack!
If you haven't gone to Kirsten's Zumba class you need to! So much fun! You will also meet the nicest people! Show up early.. Her classes fill up fast
Go in the morning or late evening the staff always puts a smile on your face and the people are less self absorbed!

Allieธันวาคม 6, 2013Great gym, but mass transit is difficult. If you wanna take a bus to get there it's kind of a hassle.
Check out Dennis' spin class on Wednesday nights, Mary's on Monday, Barry's on Tuesday nights and Laurie's on Tues and Thursday mornings. Check out Josh for personal training too.
Adam's Zumba classes rock. Come prepared to shake it and have a blast!

Shawn McHughตุลาคม 16, 2010Zak at the front desk was very nice. Knew people as the came and went...greeted everyone. wish the people at my health club were that friendly.
If you want a soft towel go to a different LTF. I don't think they know what fabric softener is here. I think it would be comparable to about 80 grit sandpaper.
Don't be the naked guy in the steam room. Please wear a towel or shorts.

Kendra's barbell strength does your muscles good....then Kristen's Zumba class for a chaser .
