- H Aเมษายน 15, 2011Nice, comfy, well-maintained, clean gym. Nobody bothers or distracts me here, & rarely ever hogs up equipment, all a big plus & welcome change for me. I especially like their long hours of operation.
- One can certainly find less expensive gyms in this neighborhood, but at least you can see where your $ is going. Well kept, nice equipment and classes remind you why you left Planet Fitness.
- Clean gym, large variety of equipment and classes, 24 hours, cheap and not crowded. Can't beat it.
- By far the best gym in Queens! Awesome Equipment , Classes & Staff. And it is sooooo clean! I wish I could take my daily showers in the ladies room.

- Gym is excellent! They have equipment and machines that aren't normally seen in other places.
- Good array of weights, machines and cardio. Excellent Pilates classes.
- Got told by the staff to bring your own speed bag if you want to do and real speed bag work , lamo so bring your own speed bag ! Lol
- Awesome gym! Awesome staff! Awesome fit life environment!
- Best 24/5 GYM in Astoria, Clean, quite, top of the line equipment.
- Fucking cu*t lip cleaning staff always insists on spraying cleaning agents all around you while you're on the treadmill. Asshats!
- This place fills up after 5. Come before 3 or after 7 for less of a crowd , but fear not this gym is never empty, plenty of good looking people work out here.
- Feels good to know I work out at a gym with people who aren't deterred by nasty weather. Health first - ALWAYS.
- NEVER do the zumba. Major waste of time, they can't give you directions to what to so since the music is absurdly loud. all that's done bin this class you can do at home do the ciclying instead.
- Donate $25 to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital to enter raffle for amazing prizes. Now until November 17th.
- Urban Rebounding and Pilates classes keep me coming back. Both have amazing instructors.
