I disagree with staffing issues and St Jacques tower. As with any hotel during a busy check in time, bring your patience, and have a seat in the lobby. St Jacques tower directly accesses Old Montréal!
Roxanne at the bar is really friendly and she knows her stuff. Great free breakfast buffet for SPG Platinum members.

Really nice hotel. The facility is pretty new and comfortable. Kim Edwardsมีนาคม 21, 2010Needs to work on the front desk. Not enough people to handle the needs. Room service and car service is great though. Nice location and decent rooms but pricey.- Want to earn an extra 1000 Starpoints? Decline housekeeping for a couple of days.
