Not on the standard dinner menu, but don't miss the Cotoletta alla Salvia (double-cut veal chop w/ sage & garlic). It's absolutely amazing and super flavorful. Also, Brian at the bar is the man.
The menu honors dual traditions. “Japanese Traditional” & “American Classic” rolls are on the menu, as are dishes such as a seafood hot pot, kurobuta pork belly, & charcoal-grilled Wagyu steak.
Definitely one of the best mojitos in town. Delicious fusion dishes include the baked brie, jerked chicken pasta and fish dressed up in tropical sauces. For dessert, don't skip the banana fritters.

Local foodies love this upscale tavern not only for the oysters but also for the beef, lamb, and seafood dishes. Fine wines and specialty beers are also a major draw.
Never anything less than perfection. Just the most incredible pasta. My mouth waters every time I think of it. The hotel and the restaurant make me feel as if I ended up in Europe. To die for.

You must try the Grilled Jerk Mexican Black Grouper. It is unbelievable! The Shrimp & Grits are outstanding too! You really can't go wrong with anything here.
