The trams are a convenient way to get around, but definitely try to do some hiking!
Very unique thing to see if you're in the area, it's privately owned so they do charge a pretty steep ($18) fee but it's well-maintained and worth it to take a look!

Decent hotel if a little pricey for the location (it has a few restaurants within walking distance but is about a 20 min drive from Asheville), comfortable accommodations and friendly desk folks.
