DailyCandyพฤศจิกายน 20, 2013Go for the handpicked whiskeys and mesquite-grilled steaks; stay for the Texas brisket chili with smoked chiles, sweet onion, and cornbread. Fri-Sat during the summer, stop in for a crawfish boil.
If you like bourbon, you have to try the Angel's Envy Kickin Boot Blend! The bartenders are top notch so let them know what you like and they'll recommend a good dram.
Get a table out on the patio (in great or not-so-great weather). The roll-down doors make it an extended inside! Also, try the Four Cheese Macaroni - your mouth will love you for it!- Everything here is great; I make a point of eating here at least once each time I visit Seattle. But take Uber, or a cab, because the whiskey selection is *insane*.

I've been here enough to know what to expect in terms of quality of service. Either sit at the bar or ask for Ari to be your server. Anything else will lead to great food but poor service.
