This is the best ramen I've had in Portland! The Shio and Shoyu are both delicious, but try the spicy Sichuan mala for something more unusual!
Customizable ramen (vegan or bone broth, noodles, spice level) that is consistently good. I’ve always enjoyed the specials! I recommend adding an egg.

Brook Shelleyตุลาคม 26, 2017Really love the gyoza here, and the shoyu bowl is a solid one. I wish they had a fattier pork belly, but they *do* have awesome seasonal specials.- The coffee jelly is unusual and delicious! Heavy cream on top cuts the coffee acidity just right.
