    no free internet in rooms ' big problem', the place is incredible, it is the longest hotel in the world, no resturents around, the separate breakfast is too expensive

    Be prepared for delays in check in...we waited for 2+ hours for room to be made available. Elevators (lifts) are the SLOWEST I've ever seen... Not very pleased with our stay except food...

    One of the worst hotels I've tried in Dubai their service is a joke and even they don't have a late check out later than 1:30 every hotel in Dubai will give you up to 2:30 for free !!!
