Claiming a price match in-store, don’t waste time talking to sales people: they don’t know the policy. Go straight to the top floor to customer support and they’ll sort it out in minutes.

Without walking down the escalators it takes 2 minutes and 30.2 seconds to get from the 5th floor to the Ground floor.

Was really disappointed by the Wedding List experience. Not much help or advice. You do get a free hot drink and cake in the coffee shop though.

Expect about 5-10 minute queue wait in the food area during lunch breaks . Escalators take you an age to get around the store ... Good ploy JL

Never any staff to assist. Not helpful when they do. More selection online. Wrong pricing and low on stock.
