    Parking in the long term garage? Aim for level 4. Then you can walk across the short term parking lot to enter the terminal faster. It avoids extended elevator & escalator rides.

    early in the am the starbucks line can be longer than security, it can be more efficient to caffeineate beforehand

    If you are parking in the Green Lot ($4/day) then use the 17th St exit from 670.

    Small airport, not great food options. If you are catching an Uber or Lyft, there is a ride share area.

    When you pack light and don’t check a bag you have more mobility and travel options. If your fight gets delayed or you miss a connection it’s easier to be flexible.

    The rental car lanes are attached to the airport so there's no need to take a shuttle. It is, however, a bit of a walk.

    Gates A5-6 and the walkway to them are under major construction and dangerously crowded. Don't go to your gate until it's time to board or you will be miserable.

    Don't even try stopping for one minute at baggage claim to get someone. I don't even have the car in park and had stopped for less than a minute and security was already knocking on my car window!
