Disappointed. . We ordered Mac and cheese to be told the wait was 5 min after 3 trips to the counter to be told 5 more min ea time. We finished out meal and still no Mac n cheese. No more joes for me

If you want a soda refill you have to be a jerk. Be prepared to have to cut in front of people if you want more soda. They refuse to add a second refill station.

Average bbq sauce, meat cooked very well. Spicy bbq sauce not spicy. Too much money for what you get. 15-20% over priced. Profit is one thing but $2.35 for a bottle of soda?

Everything here is pretty great, although their prices are a bit high. My personal favorites are the hot links and sauced brisket, with mac and cheese. Ribs aren't amazing b

Meh. Average to middling food, no idea why there's a line out the door. We love BBQ but honestly you get a tiny piece of meat and a dry piece of toast, and even the root beer sucks. Sauce is decent.

Their bbq is over priced and disgusting. Far from a Real BBQ joint. Brisket was dry. Ribs were tough and pulled pork was watery.
