The food is inventive but also doesn’t feel like a science fair project. If possible, try the tasting menu and explore. Tips are included in the price, making Huertas highly cost effective too.
Nice combination of well-executed traditional drinks and weird experiments. Tea is good too.
Everything here is good, although white and green teas are steeped at too high a temperature. But the coffee is leagues better than nearby Irving Farms’.
The single-origin pour-over coffees are by far the winners. They also rotate every couple months.
The tea is amazing and the pastries are appropriately sized and amazing. It can be hard to spot the entrance, so I took a picture of it.
Cortados and other espresso drinks are usually made with two shots here, but you can also order just one (or three, for the fiends among you).
