David Paul Appellมีนาคม 1, 2012Low rates for Manhattan (especially Midtown) but room is stuffy, with worn/rusty surfaces, and disgustingly stained carpet. Wouldn't want to run a black light over the bedspread, either.

If you're running late for your CFA review class, there's a Tim Horton's by the 7th ave entrance.
Housekeeping is deplorable. If you can stay elsewhere, do so!
