    This hotel is excellent! It is really unique and creative. It is so different than any other hotel that I have stayed at before. The staff is excellent, they listen to you and help you with anything!

    If you are looking for a great deal, with location, breakfast, good service and cleanliness, this is the place for you. We only stay 2 nights but it is perfect! No need to look further!

    Food was excellent and the staff was wonderful and it was so comfortable. Room service was quick and provided us with great food. Especially the Chicken chop....we ordered it twice.

    Nice deco. Room suits for few days stay. No wardrobe but still a place to hang your clothes. Services ok. Clean toilet. Car park just in front of the hotel. Easy access. A bit crowded during nights.

    We have stayed at other hotels but once we stayed at the Hotel de ART we were so impressed we have return every year. Thank you for the exceptional service again this year.

    Had a 4 night stay at this hotel, ideally situated in a lovely area with lots amenities within walking distance. The lights round the trees on the main road were really pretty.

    Wonderful hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Price is reasonable. Got a welcome drink in Balinese restaurant that is beautiful and serve great food. Will definitely visit again.

    Really nice place to stay!! Nice room and it's really comfortable. U can dine in hailam kopitiam. The food is really good too!!!

    extremely courteous and helpful. Always a warm greeting :) The waitresses at the restaurant are excellent and made us feel welcomed each day.

    Queen beds extremely comfortable, bedroom room separated from living area. Good size bathroom. Daily maid service leaving the room fresh and clean.

    Nice room and deco, but some furniture are not maintained, have defects and this could ruin your stay.

    Bed comfortable and creative design. BUT, ants are everywhere in room and cockroach outside the lobby. Be careful with the deposit and sign the receipt.

    Rooms are usually fully booked during weekends. Book earlier for weekend stays.

    however we went the next day and it took 10 mins to get seated and then we sat another 10 mins and no one had come for our drinks order, I wouldn't mind if they were busy.

    Booking thru "booking.com" RM134 for twin sharing. Try to sleep after checkin but cannot! Too bright! They need to add additional darker/thicker curtain...
