Was always a dream if mine to stay here, but it was disappointing. Overpriced a little, check in took over 30 minutes and the view from the room was poor. Quality is fine but there are far better.

Blur Asian staff, but friendly and resourceful foreign staff. Lacking in seats by the lobby but otherwise a classy place

The pool is in the 5th floor between the lobby and the bar. It's tiny..almost like an afterthought.

Too Crowded, They said "at least 1 room will be ready @02.00pm." finally ready @2.30 and 1 room was not what I wanted. But they have superb concierge.

Bad frontdesk service @ #LivingatMOSU ask them how I should wait in line and they just tell u to stand around the frontdesk. U do as they requested but they allow cut ins and serve them with smile

Go to Level 5 for hotel check-in! The 1st 4 floors are now occupied with commercial shops artistically named as Mandarin Gallery.

There are 2 wings at the Hotel, Mandarin and Orchard Wing. Just make sure you're on the right elevator

Pretty bad frontdesk service @ #LivingatMOSThey also do not pick up the phone, I waited 3 minutes and gave up. The rooms are roomy but definately not a 5 star service.

部屋は普通。朝食残念ながらプレゼンテーション派手だがレベル低い。ルームサービスチョイス少ない。ホテルがある地域一帯タバコ吸えない。日本人は泊まるべきじゃないね。

Brakfast buffet pretty standard. Cant customize egg scramble which i found vy strange. Horrible congee. Nasi lemak ok. The spoons all sinked down into jam jars which is yucky.
