Evening/dinner staff leave much to be desired. It's like walking into a totally different place at night. Tip: Go OUT for dinner.
The AC sucks. It turns off as soon as you leave the room. So when you come back, it's hot as hell. Part of Hilton's "green" initiative apparently. What a pain in the ass.
