They dropped my family (we have two kids ages 5 and 3) off at ticketing when we were enroute back to PHL. They saw what we were dealing with and offered to help. Wonderful!
I wish the rental car companies would put a satellite booster in the garages so the GPS would work prior to departure from the garage. Seems pretty common sense to me.
Perhaps they should go over the promo codes, payments, prices and other things involved in the contract when you get the car instead of waiting until you drop it off and have a flight to catch...
New ATL center is hard to get to, but here's a tip: get on Camp Creek Pkwy as you used to, take first R after the BP gas station, take left on side rd just b4 garage, enter via employee entrance.
Most times I love hertz but the car return ladies we missing the point of customer service. Refusing to give a receipt. Arguing with me about the receipt.
