Great gym, highly recommend the classes. Monday yoga is amazing! Just wish it were later than 6:30 :-/
dont be a dick, take your towel with you, you dont own that machine/weight bench. lockers too, take your shit home
Don't be a pussy, if you can lift it then you can rack it. Too tired to clean after yourself is no excuse. Do it pansy.
Sunday Zumba class is a superb workout and a lot of fun!!!- dont be a dick, clear out the locker when you leave. no locker holding. #gymmanners
awesome spin class, but how I'm going to slip into my heels and walk is beyond me:/
New locker room is nice but really really tight, not enough room without bumping into anybody...
