    Instead of queueing for a taxi and waiting for hours, call 040 2111799. Hansa Taxi will send a car within minutes, picking you up in front of the terminal. Great Service!

    Security Check wants all cosmetics were packed in clear bag. They insist to by one in wending machine for 50 cents. That's silly money making.

    Worst airport ever. This is the queue I have to wait with my 3 year old!!!! No other airport ever does this to children. Usually they pull us out from such queues. Welcome to Germany 😠

    Die Dich Lounge ist nicht schlecht aber auch extrem teuer. Normal sind 28 Euro zum Bleistift CDG in Paris tolle Lounge, Steckdosen an mehreren Plätzen ausser Betrieb. WLAN ging nicht . Geld nicht wert

Hamburg Airport was opened in January 1911, making it the oldest airport in the world still in operation. In November 2016 it was named after former senator of Hamburg and chancellor of Germany, Helmut Schmidt. It is the fifth-busiest airport in Germany with 17.3 million passengers in 2019.
