    Good location. If you take the train from Kualanamu airport, the train station is within walking distance. Lots of eating places nearby. Buffet is served in Spoon restaurant -- excellent lontong Medan

    Nice hotel. Wide room, good food and perfect location. Merdeka walk and kesawan street are interesting place to visit. You can just walk 10 minutes from the hotel

    One of lux hotel in Medan. Tepat di pusat kota, hanya perlu berjalan kaki ke merdeka walk buat hangout. Dekat dengan medan herritage yg merupakan pusat peradaban masyarakat kota medan jaman belanda

    What do you want for a hotel? Nearby to the town, access to railroad, bus, local transportation, taxi, shopping mall, evening crowded, you can get easily of them from this hotel

    The best hotel in Medan IMHO. 5 star hotel, terletak di tengah kota medan. Breakfast menunya enak2,try the dimsum. Kuliner lain tinggal nyebrang ke Merdeka Walk. Swimming poolnya kelihatan dari BI

    Everytime enter need to pay parking fee eventho just drop off. Nice hotel, great breakfast spread.

    First time in Medan. Dateng kesini untuk training yg diadakan di hotel ini. Hotelnya bagus, mewah dan strategis letaknya. Internetnya gratis. Tapi wifinya lemah di lantai 2 (meeting room)

    Good location in the central of Medan city. They have nice convention hall but have a very bad, small parking lot.

    Hotel yang berada di sebelah Bank Indonesia. belum terlalu lama di buka .tapi setelah melihat ke dalam , megahnya bukan main .pantas sekali menjadi hotel termahal di kota medan saat ini

    Heran sama jalanan di medan, 4 jalur jadi satu tanpa zebra croSs tanpa rambu2 buat yg mau nyembrang jalan.... Dan susah cari orang yg spontan u bantuin nyebrang sekalipun pak satpam hotel ini...

    Service was actually excellent, they check thoroughly the room before check out. Food were a bit bland. 500m walking distance from Telkom office complex which has food stalls.

    Room is normal, nothing grand hence no idea how they got 5 stars. Service is horrid. Room facilities similiar to a cheap, shitty 3 star hotel.
