    Customer service, wasn't great. Food was okay, my girlfriend loves the crab cakes, I personally could pass on this place. Wouldn't recommend the salmon, it was a little over cooked.

    Don't even bother going in if anyone in your party is missing. They won't even seat you. I guess if your food is as good as there's is, you can afford to shirk in the customer service side.

    We started with tough calamari, so so salad, dry rolls, crab cakes were a Big disappointment after hearing all the Hype even the coleslaw was bland. On top of that one waitress had a Nasty cough

    G&M crab cakes always undercooked. Get the same ones cooked at Olive Grove or Romano's. Owners are arrogant and treat staff like crap. As a customer its uncomfortable to see.

    Cream of crab is bland. Not very creamy, more on the starchy side. Crab meat content was acceptable as there was a good ratio of lump found in it.

    The crab cake was great. The service was horrible. We were skipped over by the hostess and waited longer than we should have. The bathrooms were dirty. The waitstaff is inattentive and rude.

    People hype the crab cakes up. I was very unimpressed and disappointed expecting nothing but THE best. Mine were undercooked. The water glasses and silverware were filthy. I will not come here again.
