I spent all day there with my dad and 4-year-old sister and never ran out of things to do.
The pier is an amusement park so you pay admission even if you don't ride just like other amusement parks. However they do offer a discounted price of $10 if you don't want to ride.

Also the restaurant across the street will validate parking for first 3 hours.

Wendy Shullสิงหาคม 12, 2013Way overpriced. Go North to Austin and go to Six Flags instead. It's only $44.99 if you buy your tickets online and you get tons of rides and games. Not $26.99 for 10 rides and 5 games.- There are no shops or restaurants on the pier other than the gift shop and Bubba Gump. Admission isn't required to get to either.
