Nice hotel on the second line with rooftop pool! Rooms are not very big, but stylish :)

"Cold" tap water in the rooms range from lukewarm to hot. They offered me me a bucket of ice. I'd trade the obnoxiously huge flatscreen for a glass of cold water in a NY min. Who designed this place?
