    The views are amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful (some are dry). Food is good but very expensive! Also there is a resort fee of $45 a day. Beaches are great!

    I have to give the front desk staff props. Very accommodating and went out of their way to take care of me. The resort is beautiful altho the water was colder than at home. Can't wait to come back.

    The good: great private beach just in front of your room, spacious rooms, amazing views, good restaurants and some staff that go the extra mile for you

    The beach at the villas is good, but the beach at the main resort is great. Bigger, decent snorkeling (urchin-free), pretty good restaurant and the bartender is from Texas.

    Good room rates & fantastic views- get the breakfast for 2 included with your room package will save you ~$50 a day. Service is poor & food is not great @ the restaurants (Havana Blue is decent).

    Coco joes is $48 each for dinner. Pricey but good food. Front desk is a bit slow. Need more staff at peak. Enjoyable so far.

    Caribbean Coolers are delicious. Service is slow, but I guess we are on island time. We didn't like our view, so they upgraded us for no charge and no problem. The higher the floor the better

    We had the BEST time! Definitely use Paul's Taxi, (340) 643-4421 he serenaded us around the island and doesn't drive like a madman! Can't wait to come back.

    Night kayak was fun enjoyed listening to Austin point out the wild life and share lots of history.

    The best part about the resort is the view. Keep in mind there is a $45 resort fee per day. Terrible service & even worse food. Get in a cab or ferry and eat elsewhere. It's worth it.

    Very mediocre hotel and service, which I think they get away with because the views are insanely beautiful. Two hour wait for room upon check in, only had our room cleaned once in four days, etc.

    Definitely get an oceanview room...its worth it! and then rent car to see the island as opposed to taking a taxi

    The bad: basic beach equipment (no free lounges, no freshwater showers), small menu cards (ending up eating the same), constant internet problems, some staff that could not be bothered

    Dont get your laundry done by the service. My whites came out with blue spots. Otherwise everything else was ok.
