This 24-hr gym with 6 squat cages and 40 yds of dumbbells is the best place to get into shape in the area. Dona Oliveira chose this gym as her main place for training for the Ms. Olympia competition.

It's clean, well kept, has the largest selection of free weights and machines, and it's open 24/7/365. If you want to play tennis go somewhere else. This is the place to battle gravity.
