The staff is super friendly & vet services oriented. Great bar & good & gym is great . The breakfast is awesome. Beautifully redone a gem

Everything about this Hotel is amazing except the housekeeping of room. Head downstairs and hang a left, it's hard to find but when you do you'll be welcomed into a fantasy world with delicious drinks.

Conservatively styled but very elegant, outstanding service staff.
Good hotel, great with the public wifi in the lobby.
Steve Masiclatธันวาคม 1, 2013I won't stay again. I had a sweater & t-shirt laundered and they charged me over 120 pounds. Billing is confusing and designed to overwhelm you. Go across the street to the Hilton.
