We are a locally owned and operated company with a special skill for getting people to their physique goals. You will not see any pictures of people below that were not trained by us. Each and every one of the pictures below is a real person that we have trained here in Honolulu.

Sessions

Semi-Private Training‏

For customized and cost-effective training, semi-private sessions are a hybrid workout between the energy of a group session and the intimacy of personal training. You will train with up to two other people, and each of you will have your own training program that we create to meet your personal goals and needs.

Private Training

For a focused and personalized approach to fitness, private training is an intense and methodical session with a personal trainer that gives 100% of their attention and resources for you.

Group Training‏

Join our Metabolic Conditioning class to blast fat, gain strength and build endurance. Get the body you’ve always wanted.

From beginners to the advanced, our group training classes are a challenging and fun way to train in an encouraging and safe environment. Our unique methods and diverse equipment produce results that are proven by our client testimonies and photos.

Fees

Training fees listed below depend on the type of training sessions being used, the frequency of use (2-5 sessions per week), and the length of your stay (1-12 months). In other words, if you train more often and plan to keep training with us, we offer a discount on your training sessions.

Body Composition

Most people are familiar with a weight measurement. It tells us your total weight, but doesn’t differentiate between how much of what you have is lean tissue (the nice curves) , and how much is fat tissue (the stuff most people want to get rid of) . The body composition assessment tells us how much of your total weight is lean tissue and

21-Point Functional Movement Screen

Our 21 point functional movement screen will tell us how well you are moving and where your strengths and limitations are.

Circumference measurements‏ are used to gauge where you’re changing and by how much.

Based on your initial assessment, we design an individualized fitness program that works much like a roadmap to drive results aligned with your smart goals (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound) . Your detailed workout program will indicate what specific exercises will be done, what order you should do them in, and how much of each exercise to do. We’ve been researching and refining our program design system for the last 10 years. Our system produces repeatable results for our clients to reach their goals safely and efficiently. We cut out all the fluff and do only the exercises that will definitively effect a difference. We also design programs in writing for clients who wish to workout while traveling. Program design for your sessions at fitness ranes training studio is included in all of our personal training packages.

We provide 4 weeks of nutritional guidance and a sample meal plan, along with 2 follow-up appointments at weeks two and four from the date of our initial meeting. For physique clients to transform their body, we require food journals be submitted with each training session to maintain accountability and to focus on progress in reaching personal goals.
