Old little neighborhood, walk along the main street, at the end you can see many small temples + 2 littles pagodas.

Coolest hostel I've been, friendly place + price, ranked #1 on TripAdvisor (sept 2013), you choose, dormatory/private room. Check out the lounge on the second floor. Free wifi. Location is bad though.

One of the best nightclubs in Kunming. 300 yuans for a table with 12 beers. Go there with your chinese friends otherwise as a foreigner, the security will not let you in !

Nice coffee shop with friendly staff, the owner is korean and some of the staff are too, they got little terrace in the front, good expresso/coffee + free wifi! I'll be back.
