The $2.50 手抓饼 (a Chinese & more fragrant & crispy form of roti prata) from Shan Dong, China. My friend who was full, & refused to be impressed on 1st encounter, kept eating it, & he finished it all!

The famous Ah Hui Prawn Noodles. Ah Hui learnt from Mr Lee in 1983 until he left to set up his own stall last yr. The 72y.o. Mr Lee will retire it in Dec 2013. He insists on quality ingredients!
Taste wise, the Race Course Rd stall: still better; but this outlet at Marina Sq has aircon-ed, cleaner & more private seatings. I recommend add ons of green vegies, & their roast duck with pineapple!

Must try this fantabulous Satay! Definitely will come back again. 70cent for ayam satay, 80cent for daging satay. Unfortunately, didnt get to taste kambing satay..sold out.
Apart from d beggar dishes, I recommended d Fried Mantis Prawn with Salted Egg. Yummy!!
