- Karen Burkeมีนาคม 12, 2019I love this Hotel! Right in the heart of downtown near Sundance square. Cozy rooms and a Starbucks in the lobby as well as Thai Tina's. I love their passion flower orange juice with breakfast.

Amazing staff! Jesse and Lara at the front desk and Ashlyn the Starbucks manager are fab! Wonderfully friendly and helpful, true Southern hospitality. Valet parking is expensive and the only option...
Go to the social at 5:30, free drinks and snacks. Staff here is very friendly and nice clean rooms.

We left for hours at a time to return to a messy room. Very frustrating. Valets are great but seem understaffed at busy times.
Highly recommend the rooms with the conference table. Excellent customer service, but don't ask the valets for directions.

Bring your own drinking water as water tastes like seafood/fish/gross. That includes the ice.
