Tim Erdmannธันวาคม 20, 2015Unfortunately probably the closest to a New York Deli/Restaurant in SD. Had the matzo ball soup, latkes, and a Ruben sandwich. I really wish San Diego had a legit spot like Katz's or Zingerman's.

The weekday breakfast special 7am-11am is great at $3.99 compared to their regular menu prices.
I had the half order ceasar salad and added chicken. The half order was huge! The portions here are huge. Everything is shareable. A bunch of delicious options, too many to choose from.- This tip will not do this place justice. The menu has everything you could ever ask for from a Jewish deli. Pastrami on rye with potato salad...my go to. The bakery on the way out is amazing. Just go!

Staff are family, family owned and operated, fantastic people, fantastic food, fantastic service, best Jewish deli/bakery in SoCal too- Just had the peppered beef and genoa salami sandwich with french fries. So good. Def filling and enough for l8r.
