Camille Verdierตุลาคม 11, 2015Great and cosy hotel! Plus you get a cookie when you check in. Otherwise the staff is nice, the rooms are clean and pretty quiet. The view isn't breathtaking, but you can still see the Niagara Falls
mahsaมีนาคม 12, 2017Nice and large hotel.Rooms are big and clean. Check in Chocolate biscuit is good. Coffee and tea maker available in rooms. View from 4'th floor view is not breathtaking, but you can see the river.
Wonderful service! Between the high traffic areas which makes for terrific location at the end of the day! View of US spectacular from higher floors!

Cathleen Dมิถุนายน 19, 2015This is a nice hotel. The pillows are best. The only thing that is disappointing is no complimentary breakfast. And all the IHOPS on every surrounding corner are not open and it's 8:00 AM.
John Hankusมีนาคม 9, 2015Nice hotel. Can't see much from the rooms though. 2 block walk to the casino. Parking is 13 per night. Only 2 elevators for many floors so it can take a while. Every room has free wifi - and it works too! Now we van pöan oir trips with ease without expensive roaming cost!

Bought some postcards and stamps at the gift shop the guy said he was going to mail them out for us.....three weeks later nobody has gotten them yet
Great facility and rooms. About a 10min walk to Clifton Hills and about a 15min walk to the Fallsview area

They give you fresh warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in!
