Their orders (e.g. ahi poke, chicken, etc.) come without rice. Be ready to pay $2.50 for a miniature bowl of rice.

The reviews all said the service is bad. I found the service to be fine. The food is spectacular. Get the emperor roll for sure.

Amazing Sushi...great location...kinda expensive but you get a lot in a roll...highly recomended for dinner in Wakiki!

Use the foursquare "special offer" if it's still going on! Sushi is decent. You can order a martini with "sake" in it for a little more $, instead of vodka. Don't know why they don't have "saketinis".

You may as well order two Emperors Roll's up front as you'll want a other as soon as you try the first bite. No bad dish in the place...my mouth is watering...

Butterfish w/ grilled vegetables came w/ two thumb sized peppers- told that was it. 4sq checkin discount not honored 'manager says we're not doing it.' Then REMOVE it. Addtl 2 go order came on plate.

Went back for round 2...not good. The butter fish, garlic steak, and server were pretty bad. Stay away :) happy hour was still great though!!

Total nightmare. Service and food were all over the place. But the food that did eventually make it, was delicious albeit sporadic.

Average food. Fairly expensive. Poor service. Think construction site with 10 people standing around and 1 person working, this is what you'll see/experience.

Such a disappointment. This place doesn't do crunch well. Don't order anything that needs to be fried. Hamachi carpaccio was good but not great.

Terrible food. Tourist trap - don't bother. I can't believe it's highly rated - food was gross. Also not clean!!
