    Huge contrast between daytime and nights. Packed Friday nights but calm enough to quietly watch a soccer game during the week. Delicious bar food.

    Dear Mom is having a restaurant-or-bar identity crisis. They've added table service which is incongruent to the vibe once found here. The result is a lot less fun. Less crowded tho.

    Order away from the blonde Asian bartender with the sparrow chest tattoos. She overcharges, does short pours, and tosses your food before you're finished. Good pints and cocktails here otherwise.

    You can reserve the back room (fits ~75 people) for private parties for no extra charge. Just be sure to book it a few weeks in advance.

    Had to wait half an hour for my toad in the hall but it was totes worth it.who knew that peanut butter sauce and bacon went so well together?

    A rapidly-changing menu and classic cocktails place Dear Mom a notch above your usual dive bar. If it's all too much, there's always Big Buck Hunter on the back wall ;)

    Reminds me of Brooklyn except FLUSH WITH GUYS. I have never seen so few ladies drinking in a bar before. Also: Cheap beer, pork snacks, and good jukebox.

    Music is waaaay to loud -- especially if some emo pansy plays music. Great bourbon selection. Easy to get to. Easy place to meet people. I love Jay -- owner bartender.

    The sound system, bar & the food all share something in common: least expenditure possible. But seriously the food is the best thing here. Bring ear plugs to escape the crap sound and you will luv it

    Great food and lots of open space for impromptu gathering of friends. Can get pretty noisy though.

    Good Amsterdam mule! And fried chicken was really fresh. The breading is panko. Waffle fries are more crispy than others

    I bet you can't enjoy all the whiskey, food, ping-pong, pinball, and photobooth fun that this place has to offer in just one night. We did, but I'm not gonna say it wasn't exhausting.

    All I have to say is bao! The bello bao was banging and I'm not a huge fan of bello burgers, but this is an exception.

    Try the Olive Oil Waffle - Really good, but the lettuce was a weird surprise. Probably would have liked it more without it.

    Not a fan of ordering food from the kitchen when you are sitting right at the bar. One tab would be nice. Kinda silly. Also, ATM is always out of service. Bring cash!
