    If you're thinking "why not Sunday Brunch at the Dallas Arboretum?" think again. Limited menu and it doesn't start until 11:00. I got here hungry at 10:15. And non members pay admission and parking.

    On the way to the pumpkin house check out the 'Elena' colocasia. Very subtle purple markings on a lovely lime green leaf. Oh boy it's hot here. I might melt.
