they don't have a lot of variety when it comes to drinks it's basically coffee and overpriced Tea and the seats are way to close to each other, strangers will be invading your personal space for sure

The employees are so unprofessional, disrespectful ! It should be a cozy place since it’s called cup&couch! but i won’t find any comfort in a place where i get treated like that.

Cozy casual theme but with premium prices. Good music. Coffee was decent but the pastry was at least day old. Overpriced for what it is. 7.5/10

The waiters were very rude and they don't treat their customers with respect, unprofessional staff they almost kicked us out of the place for no good reason, totally don't recommend.

I was with my two sisters, and i was the only one that ordered a coffee and the waiter basically kicked us out saying that we should only stay if each one ordered.

Limited choices in food, unwelcoming staff, the guy who owns the shop kicked me and my friend out saying I didn't order enough coffee and i should at least get 3 cups if I'd be staying for 3 hours
