Unlike others here, I like this place. Nice, attentive staff & generally quiet rooms. Local to all of downtown, and easy access to the major expressways.
Wonderful hotel all around! Friendly front desk. Great restaurant and bar! Right near great white plains night life!

M Hมิถุนายน 23, 2013Friendly girls @ the desk, despite 2 bus loads of disorganized, squealing teens checking in. Must pay for parking & the attendant is pretty rude. Don't forget to ask for a parking sticker @ the desk.

Internet is free if you're a Crowne rewards member. Membership is free to sign up online. Plus they don't treat you like such an ahole if you call the desk and ask for something.

Andrew Scarlettมิถุนายน 2, 2013It has a good location near lots of restaurants & shopping.The service though, was poor. There was no personal connection from any associate including the front office manager. Disappointing.
Run down hotel. Last time I stayed here door latch was pulled out from trim from someone trying to break in room. Wifiis hit or miss. This time it is working good
Bar has some decent wine...I'm partial to Sauvignon Blanc.

"Breakfast is excellent but not included with your room. Room is very nice. Parking is valet only. Convenient location to malls, businesses and lots of restaurants. Staff is very helpful and friendly"

"White Sangria is awesome. So are the Frozen Bellinis. Get the avocado egg rolls as an app & the Shrimp Club as your meal. But portions are HUGE"
