    The perfect meal after a long float on the river! True BBQ sold by the pound and it's served on butcher paper! The moist brisket, dipped, is about the best there is! And you can't pass on the cobbler!

    The best brisket I've ever ate until today it's a must to eat here!! And delight with brisket!! Thursday til Sunday you can have rib-eye with bake potatoe it's delicious. ..I adore it!!!

    Great food! The dishes that have jalapeños are spicier than I am used to--one said that she loves spicy things but that the Mac and cheese with jalapeño &bacon was a little too spicy.

    Yes it IS expensive, but if you want amazing BBQ this is the place to get it. You do get quite a bit for your money and it's delicious. Our cashier was a little rude, but I looked past that.

    The brisket was wonderful. Even the lean cut was moist. Will definitely be stopping by when driving between Austin and San Antonio

    The food is really good, the beans are way to salty though. Be prepared to drop some serious cash! Half pound brisket 2 pork ribs and a drink $23.

    We had the pork ribs. Good seasoning but not fall off the bone. Same thing for the beef ribs. Bbq sauce very vinegary. Not my first choice for bbq near New Braunfels.

    Worth the drive. The brisket is sooooo good! You have to get the jalapeño mac and cheese too.

    Baked potato was awesome! Brisket and chicken were falling-apart/off-the-bone and really tasty. Only downside is the price :/

    Take a tip from a TX Girl; this is the best local BBQ. GREAT pork & sweet tea! (I will admit their steaks are WAY too salty!) Rudy's is dry & charges for pickles.. Granzins is disgusting & overpriced.

    I'm sticking to Rudy's!!! BBQ was way overpriced and pathetic compared. Bill millers would have been better even. Oh and they didn't honor the special!!!!

    Holy Crap! This place is TERRIBLE! WAY over priced and the food was fatty and very, very salty! AVOID!! Couldn't finish the food. Filled up on bread.

    Coopers is an over priced Tourist trap. Go to Granzins for local BBQ and some of the best in Texas. Rudy's is salted up over priced crap too. Real Pit out in Sattler is also worth the drive
