The parking is free 24/7, which seems to good to be true. Take the stairs down to the city center. There is a restaurant at the parking where you can enjoy the amazone view.
Loved this café with amazing food, lots of locals, delicious wines and fantastic service. Stay away from the tourist places and go here. Bonus: pinxtos like pre-dinner snacks!
