What sets Chile Verde apart is that it's New Mexican cuisine. As in... New Mexico. Take note of their Anasazi sauce (named for the Native American tribe of the Southwest) and green (verde) chili stew.

Margaritas are pretty tasty, food is amazing, one of the best Mexican places around! Salsa is the bomb and made fresh, ask for the hot salsa if you like spicy.

The frozen raspberry margarita is delicious! And when you order vegetarian food, they make sure to ask if things flavored with chicken stock are OK and if you want sour cream! So awesome!

If you have the tongue, there is nothing better than their Green Chile Stew. I always order extra tortillas. Enjoy!
