Super hotel, the best of several really really good hotels in Charleston. Service is lacking compared to the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro which is also a Orient Express hotel. Lazy American attitude!
Do not say you do not stay at the hotel. They will not let you in otherwise.
