Sorry to report read the mixed reviews about customer service and they are right. As a male I got terrible service here, while my daughter and any other female in the store was treated delightfully.
Great selection of Bonsai's here. Got one a few weeks ago. Fly Traps will be in shortly. Plan on getting one. Staff was friendly and helpful, although they were a little pushy about wanting me to buy

The salvaged section is my favorite, it is like a museum of home treasures, I found my bathtub plug here. Look around and be inspired to move into that overpriced fixer-upper craftsman of your dreams.
